Registration fee
Accepted participants are required to pay the registration fee of 100€ (non-profit) or 300€ (for-profit) by 16th of January 2026. Details of the payment process will be provided upon acceptance of the abstract.

In case the event is overbooked, we reserve the right to select participants based on review of their abstract.
